As a new NextMD member, you will be able to communicate with your Capital Health Plan practitioner (i.e., your physician or optometrist) and/or designated staff using the NextMD web-based application. This will allow you to send messages to your practitioner and/or designated staff at your convenience and streamline communications between you and your practitioner.
