Capital Health Plan offers group health benefits to employers in Leon, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty and Wakulla Counties.
To be eligible, your employer must offer Capital Health Plan as an employee benefit. Over 1900 employers have contracted with Capital Health Plan to provide health coverage for their employees.
