Capital Health Plan offers group health benefits to employers in Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, and Wakulla Counties.

To be eligible, your employer must offer Capital Health Plan as an employee benefit. Over 2,300 employers have contracted with Capital Health Plan to provide health coverage for their employees.
