Centerville Health Center Gets a Makeover
It's bright, updated, more welcoming, and altogether a classy makeover for an old friend: the CHP Health Center at 2140 Centerville Place. Come have a look! As our original health center, the Centerville facility was due for a refurbishing in line with the modern design of our newer Governor's Square Health Center.
More is coming to Centerville too. Look for refreshed, comfortable examination rooms soon. One added benefit of CHP's move to electronic, paperless records--besides access and efficiency--is more room for patient care. We're taking full advantage of it for our members.
Most important, remember all that the Centerville Health Center offers you:
- Physician offices for family practice, pediatrics, and internal medicine.
- Urgent Care Center, open weekdays (noon-11 p.m.) and weekends (9 a.m.-8 p.m.) for nonemergency but urgently needed care. (Call 383-3382 if you need urgent care during these times or if your PCP is not available.)
- Colon Screening Program, for testing, available without referral (523-7350).
- Eye Care Center, for routine eyes exams and medical eye problems, available without referral (383-3322).
- Laboratory and x-ray.
