Introducing the Advantage Plus Plan for Medicare
In this issue of HealthLine focusing on seniors, CHP is proud to announce Capital Health Plan Advantage Plus, exclusively for people with Medicare Part A and Part B who live in the Florida counties of Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden, and Jefferson. We are glad to offer a plan that includes Part D Prescription Drugs and more benefits than original Medicare and costs less than some Medicare supplemental plans.
CHP Advantage Plus members receive all Medicare benefits, including Part D Prescription Drugs, as well as added coverage, such as:
- routine check-ups and preventive care not covered by Medicare
- $15 copay per doctor visit
- in-patient hospital coverage: $250 per admission
- routine eye and hearing exams
- emergency care-anywhere in the world
Advantage Plus has more excellent extras for seniors, including:
- CHP Health Education programs and classes
- eyeglasses*
