Registering for CHPConnect is easy.
You'll use three simple screens. Here are tips.
- Have your member ID number ready.
- On the first screen, click the "Members" picture.
- Next, fill in the blanks. Choose "Capital Health Plan" for the last one.
- On the final screen, choose your own password and security clues. Click "?" for directions.
If you don't want to register now, click your BACK button to return to the tour.
