We are pleased to announce that Susan Mary Manson, MD, and Kristi M. Reese, MD, have joined Capital Health Plan’s skilled medical staff as primary care physicians.
Dr. Manson, board certified in Internal Medicine, earned her Bachelor of Science degree (summa cum laude) at Molly College in New York and her Medical Degree at State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, with residency at the Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola, New York. She comes to CHP from St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, where she practiced in all areas of patient care. Dr. Manson reports that she likes to bike, hike, garden, and be outdoors. Those activities, along with three children and one Labrador retriever, keep her busy outside of the office. Dr. Manson will be practicing at the Governor's Square Health Center.
Dr. Reese, a native of Georgia, earned her bachelor of science degree at Alabama A&M University in Huntsville and her MD at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. She moved to Tallahassee to complete her residency at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Family Practice Residency Program. Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Reese also will practice at Centerville Place Dr. Reese likes to travel (her favorite trip was to the Caribbean because it was “so relaxing”) and recently has discovered scrapbooking, “a unique and creative way to preserve memories.” Also, she is engaged to be married. Congratulations, Dr. Reese!
