Find Chiropractors in the CHP Network using the Physician Search Tool
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to Search for Physicians and Providers
- Select "Advanced Search"
- Under Specialty, choose "Chiropractic"
- Select "Go"
Find Physical Therapy Offices using the Facility Search Tool
- View Physical Therapy Locations (may take a few moments to load)
