Capital Health Plan Eye Care provides comprehensive eye care services for CHP members. CHP Eye Care has 7 board-certified optometrists and 2 locations.
- Comprehensive eye exams, including dilation of the eyes
- Treatment of eye diseases, eye emergencies, eye infections, etc.
- Minor office eye surgeries, including foreign body removal
- Low Vision Exams for the visually impaired
- Contact Lens Services
- Optical Services, including full-service optical lab
