Capital Health Plan's Essential Selection, Tiered PCP, Standard Option I, Standard Option II, Basic Option 1, and Basic Option II are available for groups with 2 to 50 eligible employees. Prescription drug coverage is included with the Standard and Basic Plan options and is optional with the Essential Selection and Tiered PCP Selection.
- All One Life Groups have an annual open enrollment period during the month of August with an effective date of October 1.
